Ever wondered why some wines are blends of several different grape varieties? Here is your chance to find out. The Fine Art of Blending gives you the opportunity to create your own unique Zinfandel. Each participant will select from four different wines; two zinfandels, a petite sirah and a syrah. You taste the wines and determine what percentage of each you want to have in your own unique wine. You then assemble the wine in a blending glass, taste your new creation and compare it to those your friends have done. It's fun and educational at the same time. Come join us!
