1.  HOW CAN I PURCHASE ADVANCE TICKETS?

Phone – Advance ticket purchases begin on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 and may be made by calling the Lodi Wine & Visitor Center at (209 )365-0621 until Friday, May 12 at 4:59pm.

Walk-In – Advance ticket purchases begin on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 and may be made by walk-in to the Lodi Wine & Visitor Center (2545 W. Turner Rd., Lodi 95242) until Friday, May 12 at 5:00pm.

Online – Advance ticket purchases may be made online beginning Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at zinfest.com until Friday, May 19 at 11:59pm.

2.  IS THERE A WILL CALL AT ZINFEST?

NO. There is no Will Call at ZinFest.

3.  WHAT DOES THE ZINFEST TICKET INCLUDE?

The ticket allows you to enjoy wines from over 40 Lodi wineries from 12-5 pm. It also allows entrance into the ZinFest Wine School, ZinFest Cooking School, and live entertainment.

4.  IS FOOD INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE TICKET?

No, you must purchase all food and soda. Food items are priced between $5 -$9. Sodas are $2 each.  Water is complimentary.

5.  CAN I BRING MY OWN BOTTLE OF WATER?

Yes.  We also provide complimentary water from our Hydration Station as well as complimentary bottled water at various locations.

6.  CAN WE BRING ICE CHESTS, PICNICS OR SNACKS INTO THE ZINFEST FESTIVAL?

No outside food or beverages aside from bottled water will be allowed. Ice chests will not be allowed unless it is required to transport medicine(s).

7.  CAN I CARRY BLANKETS AND/OR LAWN CHAIRS INTO THE ZINFEST FESTIVAL?

Yes. You may carry blankets and/or lawn chairs into the festival. ZinFest staff is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

8.  CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN INTO THE FESTIVAL?

NO. Absolutely no children are allowed at the ZinFest Wine Festival due to ABC Licensing and safety issues. ZinFest is an adults-only orientated event.

9.  IF MY DESIGNATED DRIVER IS UNDER 21, CAN HE OR SHE STILL ATTEND?

NO. Absolutely no one under the age of 21 will be allowed entrance into the ZinFest Wine Festival regardless of whether or not they are a Designated Driver. While we encourage you to be responsible and safe, we cannot allow individuals under the age of 21 into the Festival due to ABC licensing and safety issues. If your Designated Driver is under the age of 21, he/she will need to drop you off at the Lodi Lake Park Entrance or at a ZinFest Designated Parking Lot where you will be able to ride the ZinFest Shuttle to the Lake.

10.  CAN I BRING MY PET TO THE ZINFEST FESTIVAL?

NO. No dogs are allowed into the park unless it is a guide dog.

11.  IS THERE A FEE TO PARK?

We are currently working to secure complimentary parking lots for this year’s ZinFest Wine Festival. Updates to ZinFest Parking will be posted as soon we have secured locations.

12.  IS DISABLED PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE ZINFEST FESTIVAL LOCATION?

Yes. Disabled parking is located in the South Lot at Lodi Lake just inside the Turner Rd. parking lot.  There is no fee to use this parking lot.

13.  ARE BIKES ALLOWED INTO THE ZINFEST FESTIVAL?

No. Bikes are not allowed past the ticketed entrance to the ZinFest Wine Festival. If you ride your bike to the festival, you will need to leave it in the designated bike parking which is located in the nature area before the ticketed entrance to the festival.

14.  IS THERE A SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM AREA HOTELS?

ZinFest Wine Festival does not prearrange for shuttles to and from area hotels to the festival. You will need to personally contact the hotel that you are staying with to determine whether or not they have the ability to offer a shuttle to the festival.

15.  DO I NEED A TICKET TO ATTEND THE ZINFEST WINERY TOURS & OPEN HOUSES ON SUNDAY, MAY 21?

No. No ticket is needed for the ZinFest Winery Tours & Open Houses on Sunday.  Participating wineries will be hosting various events at their winery locations.  Guests will need to travel from winery to winery in order to participate in this activity. All events can be viewed online at ZinFest.com. It is up to each individual winery whether or not they charge a tasting fee. You will need to personally contact the wineries in order to find out if additional charges apply.
