ZinFest Wine Festival

At the Wine
Festival, more than 250 wines from 50 Lodi wineries are poured, while guests
enjoy music, delicious food and a beautiful day at picturesque Lodi Lake.
Whether you are a seasoned expert or an intrigued beginner, winemakers and
winery representatives welcome you as they offer useful knowledge and samples
of their handcrafted wines.
Guests can
sample Lodi's many varietals, enjoy informative wine and cooking seminars,
browse artisan craft vendors, and purchase their favorite wines and
commemorative merchandise to take home.
50 LODI WINERIES Taste the bounty of some of the world's best right here in our very
own Lodi Appellation! From Albarino to Zinfandel, you are sure to have a unique
tasting experience!
GREAT
LOCAL RESTAURANTS Continue to
indulge your taste buds and enhance your ZinFest experience by choosing from
the variety of delicious foods created by regional food purveyors. Priced
reasonably between $5 and $10!
LIVE ENTERTAINMENT Throw out your picnic blanket or dance the day away
while enjoying a fantastic array of music from regional bands while sipping on
a glass of wine from the Wines by the Glass booth.
COOKING SCHOOL Heighten your tasting experience by participating in
the informative cooking seminars at the ZinFest Cooking School. Learn from top
regional and local chefs who will be preparing wonderful wine country cuisine
to be sampled with exceptional Lodi wines. The ZinFest Cooking School is
brought to you by Made in the Shade and Tableaux.
ARTS,
CRAFTS, AND SPECIALTY ITEMS Artisans will exhibit their hand-made, wine-related merchandise,
ranging from wine barrel furniture to photography, paintings and
jewelry.
ZINFEST WINE SCHOOL Learn about the latest trends in Lodi wine when you
visit the ZinFest Wine School. Spend some time learning from wine experts and
local vintners who will share their wine knowledge that they are so passionate
about in a variety of seminars. Guest speakers include the very fun and
knowledgeable Sommelier Traci Dutton from the Culinary Institute of America at
Greystone. Seminars will be held at a first come, first served basis with
limited seating.
ZINFEST WINE SHOPPE Continue to experience and share ZinFest with others! By making that
all important stop at the Wine Shoppe before leaving the festival you have the
chance to purchase those delicious wines that you tasted throughout the
day.
ZINFEST MERCHANDISE STORE Take a piece of ZinFest 2009 home with you!
Commemorative posters, shirts, sweatshirts, hats, visors, bags and much more
are available. Have your purchase signed by the ZinFest artist
himself!

- Can we
purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets can be purchased the day of the event for $45 each. Tickets
are available in advance through this website and the Lodi Wine & Visitor
Center (209) 365-0621.
- Can we
bring outside food or drinks into the festival?
No outside food or beverage is allowed into ZinFest.
There will be many delicious options from regional food purveyors available for
purchase inside the festival.
- " Can I
bring my children or pets to the festival?
Animals are not allowed into the event. It is highly recommended that
children do not come to the festival as it is an adult oriented
event.
- " How
should I dress for the event?
ZinFest is a casual event outside at Lodi Lake Park. It is suggested
that you wear comfortable shoes as you will be on grass and dirt in addition to
black top. Sun protection is also highly recommended.
- Can I
purchase wine at the event?
Yes,
the on-site Wine Shoppe will be located near the exit of the event. Most wines
being poured will be available for sale at this location.
- Where can
I park?
Parking will be available
in the area west of the lake near the railroad tracks and on Mills Ave. Look
for signage along Turner Road for both lots. Shuttles will be provided from
parking lots to the event entrance.
- How do I
get to ZinFest?
The festival will
be held on the north side of Lodi Lake Park at 1101 W. Turner Road, Lodi 95242.
